VOC concentrations of 128,500 �ig/l, total petroleum hydrocarbon recovery is anticipated to be <br /> 91bs/day <br /> 8.0 SYSTEM SAMPLING AND MONITORING <br /> Once the system has been constructed and becomes operational, the Site will be visited on a weekly <br /> basis to collect system operations data Data collected during weekly monitoring will include field <br /> readings of influent and effluent vapor concentrations using an organic vapor analyzer (OVA), <br /> measurement of flow rate in cfm, influent vapor temperatures, LEL of the treated vapors, <br /> groundwater extraction rates, and the collection of effluent groundwater samples from the treatment <br /> L system Influent groundwater samples and influent/effluent soil vapor samples will be collected <br /> monthly <br /> Unless otherwise directed, soil vapor samples submitted to the laboratory will be analyzed for TPH <br /> and BTEX using EPA Methods 8015 (modified as gasoline) and 8020, respectively Sampling of the <br /> vapor extraction system influent and effluent may be modified based on the permit conditions imposed <br /> by the APCD Groundwater samples will be analyzed as per discharge permit requirements <br /> 8.1 Quarterly Progress Reporting <br /> Vapor extraction and groundwater pump and treat system operations along with laboratory <br /> documentation of sample analyses will be submitted as a report to the PHS-EHD on a quarterly basis <br /> Data collected from activities at the Site will be summarized and included in the quarterly <br /> groundwater sampling and analysis report <br /> A discussion of operational changes or modifications to the VES and/or the pump and treat system <br /> will also be included in the status report, as appropriate <br /> I <br /> 9.0 REQUIRED PERMITS <br /> Prior to construction and operation of a soil vapor extraction off-gas treatment system, a permit will <br /> be obtained from the San Joaquin Valley APCD <br /> In addition to the San Joaquin Valley APCD, permits and approvals are expected to be required from <br /> the following agencies <br /> Stockton Building Department Building permits for electrical and plumbing installation and <br /> inspection <br /> Stockton Municipal Utilities Permit for discharge of treated groundwater to the sanitary sewer <br /> outfall <br /> 1 <br /> A 1152$]1 ASA 21 <br />
