(ERI) is conducting environmental assessment activities at <br /> Former Mobil Service Station 99ACA, located at 25355 North Highway 99 in Acampo, California. In <br /> conjunction with that work, ERI is requesting authorization to enter onto your property to collect l <br /> groundwater samples from the well located at 25144 North Highway 99. A recent property search listed . <br /> you as the current owner of the property. <br /> This work is being performed at the direction of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department. ERI will coordinate the actual work time and date with either you or. the appropriate <br /> personnel you designate and will attempt to minimize disruptions during the scheduled field work. <br /> ERI will need access .to the well for sampling for approximately 30 minutes. Groundwater samples <br /> collected fromthe wells will be submitted to a California state-certified laboratory, under Chain-of-Custody <br /> protocol, for analysis of total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg) and select volatile organic <br /> compounds (VOCs) by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Method 524.2. A copy of the laboratory <br /> analytical results of groundwater samples collected from'the well on your property will be provided to you. <br /> ERI will need continued access to the well approximately once per year for sampling. <br /> ERI and EMES greatly appreciate your cooperation in this,matter. <br /> Please sign on the following page on both copies of this document if this agreement is acceptable and <br /> return the original document to ERI in the envelope provided.
