Jones <br /> Woodbridge Partners Inc. �r <br /> 639 East Lockeford Street <br /> Lodi, CA 95240 <br /> NONCOMPLETION OF TASKS REQUIRED BY WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS, <br /> WOODBRIDGE PARTNERS,VICTOR FINE FOODS FACILITY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Revised Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. 5-01-057 were adopted by the board for the <br /> Victor Fine Foods facility on 16 March 2001. The WDRs in part require the discharger to complete the <br /> following tasks: <br /> • Reporting Requirement F.3.a. - Submit a technical report and workplan to close Pond 1 per Title <br /> 27 regulation and that meets Discharge Specifications B.6 through 8. —Compliance Date—I <br /> May 2001. <br /> • Reporting Requirement F.3.b. - Complete closure of Pond 1 per the Regional Board staff <br /> approved workplan requested in F.2.a. of these requirements. —Compliance Date—1 July 2001. <br /> • Reporting Requirement F.3.d. -Establish an evaluation monitoring program per Section D of <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 5-01-057. —Compliance Date—1 March 2001. <br /> • Reporting Requirement F.3.e. -Submit a technical report assessing the extent ofgroundwater <br /> pollution and an engineering feasibility study to remediate pollution per Section D of Monitoring <br /> and Reporting Program No. 5-01-057. —Compliance Date—30 May 2001. <br /> In violation of WDRs, tasks F.3.a,b, d, and a have not yet been completed. Therefore,pursuant to <br /> Section 13267 of the Porter Cologne Water Quality Control Act, Woodbridge Partners Inc. is required to <br /> complete under penalty of perjury the following tasks: <br /> Task Compliance Date <br /> 1. Submit a technical report and workplan to close Pond 1 per I August 2001 <br /> Title 27 regulation and that meets Discharge Specifications B.6 <br /> through 8. <br /> 2.
