A permit is <br /> DIVISION FEES AND FINES. not necessary to replace or repair equipment if the sanitary <br /> Fees for inspections or permits issued pursuant to this seal is not broken. <br /> Chapter may be set by resolution of the Board of Supervi- (Ord. 3675) <br /> sors.All fees and fines collected under this Chapter shall be <br /> paid into the County Treasury,to the credit of Public Health 9-1115.4 WELL PERMIT <br /> Services. REQUIREMENTS. <br /> (Ord.3675;3817) Well Permits shall be subject to the following require- <br /> ments: <br /> (a) Requirements for Application.Applications for <br /> CHAPTER 9-1115 Well Permits must be initiated by a well driller licensed by <br /> the State of California.Applications shall be filed with the <br /> WATER WELL AND WELL Environmental Health Division.A request for a Well Per- <br /> DRILLING REGULATIONS mit shall include a site plan which clearly delineates the <br /> location and characteristics of the proposed use. <br /> Sections: (b) Review Procedures. Well Permit applications <br /> 9-1115.1 Intent. shall be reviewed by the Director of the Environmental <br /> 9-1115.2 Public Water System Connection Health Division using the Staff Review Procedure in <br /> Required. Chapter 9-210,with the following modifications: <br /> 9-1115.3 Well Permit Required. (1) Preapplication Conferences shall not be <br /> 9-1115.4 Well Permit Requirements. required;and <br /> 9-1115.5 Well Regulations. (2) The time limit for approval shall be one(1) <br /> 9-1115.6 Well Standards. year. <br /> 9-1115.7 Special Requirement Areas. (c) Filing Deadline. The application shall be filed <br /> 9-1115.8 Prohibited Uses. and accepted as complete at least forty eight(48) hours <br /> 9-1115.9 Compliance Required. prior to commencing on-site work. <br /> 9-1115.10 Violations. (d) Development Requirements. A Well Permit <br /> 9-1115.11 Right to Appeal. may be approved by the Director of the Environmental <br /> 9-1115.12 Environmental Health Division Health Division only if the following conditions are met: <br /> Fees and Fines. (1) The proposed well shall not be offensive, <br /> dangerous,or injurious to health,or create a nuisance; <br /> 9-1115.1 INTENT.
