WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. 5-01-057 -4- <br /> WOODBRIDGE PARTNERS INC. <br /> VICTOR FINE FOODS FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> CEQA AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS <br /> 20. The action to revise WDRs for this facility is exempt from provisions of the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code Section 21000, et seq.),in accordance <br /> with Title 14, CCR, Section 15301. <br /> 21. This Order implements: <br /> A. the Water Quality Control Plan, Fourth Edition, for the Sacramento River Basin and <br /> the San Joaquin River Basin; <br /> B. the prescriptive standards and performance goals of Division 2,Title 27 of the <br /> California Code of Regulations (CCR), effective 18 July 1997,and subsequent <br /> revisions. <br /> PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 22. The Board notified the Discharger and interested agencies and persons of its intention to <br /> adopt the waste discharge requirements for this facility. <br /> 23. Ina public hearing, the Board heard and considered all comments pertaining to this facility <br /> and discharge. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 90-047 is <br /> rescinded, and that Woodbridge Partners Inc., its agents, successors, and assigns,in order to meet <br /> the provisions contained in Division 7 of the California Water Code and the regulations adopted <br /> thereunder, shall comply with the following: <br /> A. DISCHARGE PROHIBITIONS <br /> 1. The discharge or storage of `hazardous waste' at this facility is prohibited. The <br /> discharge or storage of`designated waste' at this facility other than to a permitted <br /> injection well is prohibited. For the purposes of this Order,the terms `hazardous <br /> waste' and `designated waste' are as defined in Division 2 of Title 27 of the CCR. <br /> 2. The discharge of solid waste or liquid waste to surface waters, or surface water <br /> drainage courses is prohibited. <br /> 3. The discharge of designated or hazardous waste to any pond or closed waste <br /> management unit located at this facility is prohibited. <br />
