Move in workover rig. Fill tubing and annulus with freshwater. Install <br /> BOE and test. Unset packer. Pull out and lay down packer and 4-1/2" <br /> tubing. Pick up 2-7/8" or 2-3/8" workstring. Run in hole <br /> with open-ended tubing and tag fill if any and change hole to 9.6 ppg <br /> drilling mud (check with DOG regarding the mud properties and make sure <br /> we are in compliance) . Wash out fill, if any, to bottom. Circulate and <br /> stabilize hole. <br /> 2. Halliburton equalize 150 sacks Class G cement premixed 2% CaC12 at 33751 . <br /> Notify EPA to witness. Wait on cement for 4 hours. Locate top of cement <br /> plug which must be above 2671' . Notify EPA to witness. <br /> 3. With EPA witnessing, Perform casing integrity test by pressuring up on <br /> casing to 1000 psig with rig pump. Hold the pressure for 15 minutes. IF <br /> the integrity test is approved proceed to Step No. 4 otherwise go to Step <br /> No. 6. <br /> 4. Using workover rig, equalize 60 sacks Class G cement premixed 2& CaC12 at <br /> 1790' . Notify EPA to witness. Wait on cement for 4+ hours. Tag top of <br /> cement plug which must be above 1590' . EPA to witness. <br /> 5. Cut casing 5' below ground. Equalize 30 sacks of cement premixed 38 <br /> CaC12 at 100' to surface. Notify EPA to witness. Weld steel plate on <br /> stub. <br />
