In order for staff to process your request to re-activate Pond 1 and revise Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements (WDRs) a complete Report of Waste Discharge (ROWD)must be submitted. A <br /> ti list of issues to be addressed in the ROWD are contained in Section 21750 of Title 27, California <br /> Code of Regulations. A copy of Section 21750 is attached. <br /> 5. Storm water discharge to Pond 1 must wait until the Regional Board has adopted revised WDRs . <br /> Staff will write WDRs within 120 days of submittal of a complete ROWD. The current WDRs <br /> remain in effect until a revised order is adopted. <br /> 6. When WDRs are adopted you will be required to establish Financial Assurances for closure of <br /> the unit in accordance with an approved plan meeting all applicable SWRCB requirements and <br /> Financial Assurances for completing corrective action for all known or reasonably foreseeable <br /> releases form the facility. <br /> Woodbridge Partners should submit a complete Report of Waste Discharge as soon as possible.
