Installation of two shallow groundwater monitoring wells to replace existing on site monitoring wells MW-2 and
MW-4,which have not contained enough groundwater to sample for two years.
2. Installation of five deep groundwater monitoring wells to investigate the lateral and vertical extent of the deep
contaminant plume: Four wells to —100 feet bsg;one well to—150 feet bsg.
