Installation of three groundwater monitoring wells to fust water for lateral assessment of the shallow groundwater contaminant <br /> plume in the down-gradient direction from the subject site. Selected soil samples will be submitted for analysis. Following <br /> completion the wells will be surveyed by a licensed surveyor. <br /> 2. Installation of two sod borings to 100 feet bsg. The soil borings will be continuously cored from 50 to 100 feet bsg for geological <br /> profiling. No soil samples will be submitted for analysis. Discrete groundwater samples will be collected by simulprobe at depths <br /> of 75,90 and 100 feet bsg. <br /> 3. Water samples collected with the simulprobe,and from the monitoring wells following development,will be analyzed for TPHg <br /> (EPA Method 8015m),BTEX and MtBE(EPA Method 8020)and fuel oxygenates, 1,2-DCA and EDB(EPA Method 8260). <br /> 4. San Joaquin County well installation permits and any necessary encroachment permits and access agreements will be obtained. <br /> 5. A report of findings detailing the proposed work will be completed and submitted to PHS/EHD within 60 days following the <br /> completion of all fieldwork <br /> 6. A 500-foot radius door-to-door sensitive receptor survey will be conducted to locate all potential receptors in the area,including <br /> undocumented domestic,irrigation,municipal and industrial wells. <br /> COMMENTS AND OONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Shallow groundwater monitoring wells will be completed with a maximum of 20 feet of screened casing. <br /> 2. Following review of the continuous core soil borings and the analytical data from the simulprobe investigation,deep discretely <br /> screened monitoring wells will be installed. <br /> 3.
