Angelica Sandoval Marin [EH]
From: Lang, Sherrie <Sherrie.Lang@arcadis-us.com>
Sent: Wednesday,January 21, 2015 4:09 PM
To: Angelica Sandoval Marin [EH]
Subject: RE: 6100 N. Hwy 99
Hi Angelica,
Pursuant to our discussion this afternoon, I am emailing you a summary of our conversation including a response to your
email below.
The access agreement to sample domestic well DW-111 was originally mailed to the property owner on record (Mr. Raid
Abed) in November 2014,who called me following receiving our letter. He explained that he had transferred his share
of the property and gave me the current property owner's name and contact information (Mr. Farouk Diab). During our
conversation he also mentioned that he believed BP had destroyed the original well and installed the new well, but was
not certain. I am currently working with BP to find out if they did in fact install the new well for the property owner and
if they sampled it. If they sampled it,then we could use those data collected in 2005. BP Legal is currently looking
through their files to see if they have any information regarding the sampling of the new well. I anticipate hearing from
them by the end of next week and I will keep you posted.
Additionally,as we discussed, the 4Q14 monitoring and sampling event scheduled for November 24, 2014 was not
completed by Blaine Tech. We are uncertain why the event was not completed; however, monitoring and sampling has
been rescheduled for this Friday,January 23, 2015. Blaine Tech will be onsite between 9am and Spm.
Please let me know if you have questions.
Thank you,
Sherrie
From: Angelica Sandoval Marin [EH] fmailto:amarin@sicehd.com]
Sent: Friday, January 16, 2015 10:37 AM
To: Lang, Sherrie
Subject: RE: 6100 N. Hwy 99
Sherrie,
According to EHD directive letter dated 10/13/2014, submitting the required access agreement and groundwater
sampling of DW-111 has not been completed.
