Due to permitting and access
issues, Stantec is requesting an extension for the execution of the approved scope of work to October 31,
2008. A report of findings will be submitted to SJC/EHD by November 26, 2008. The installation of
monitoring wells MW-6R, MW-10R, and DMW-3R may be delayed due to the additional time required to
obtain permits from Caltrans. Stantec will keep the SJC/EHD updated as to the status of these permits, with
the intention of installing the aforementioned wells as soon as is reasonably feasible upon approval from
Caltrans.
Sincerely,
STANTEC CONSULTING CORPORATION
ll 11 / `
W
Brian Westhoff
Geologic Consultant OQRpFESS/Oik
yaJSl E8 `c
w 583 m
L
Y// * EXP.1 /2008
Ru. ycivi
Principal Engineer P sT9TFOFCAUFP
cc: Mr. Sergio Morescalchi, Atlantic Richfield Company(Upload to Enfos)
