PERMIT TO ENTER <br /> urn _PROPOSED HWY 99 IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS - ENVIRONMENTAr S <br /> Permission is hereby granted to the San Joaquin County and its authorized agents to enter <br /> upon mylour land, described as 3590 East Cherokee Road, 4620 East Hammer Lane, <br /> 6006, 6100, 7840, 7970, 8100 and 8150 North 99 Frontage Road, Stockton,California� <br /> Assessor Parcel Number 092-200-13, 087-040-31, 087-040-01, 087-040-0z, 98__-4 -33 <br /> 087-040-34, .087-040-32 and 087-040-30. '. <br /> Said permission is granted for the purpose of performing field observations, soil borings <br /> and sampling to complete the environmental study for the State Highway Route 991 <br /> Hammer Lane Interchange Project. The soil borings are expected to be no greater <br /> than eight (8) inches in diameter and will be backfilled upon completion with neat cement <br /> grout in accordance with State and County regulations!) The site surfacewill <br /> be restored as nearly as possible to original,condition (i.e. asphalt cold patch will be used <br /> to repair asphalt surfaces). In accordance with State and County regulations, all soil <br /> generated during the drilling process will be stored onsite in a sealed and labeled <br /> Department of Transportation approved 55-gallon barrel while the samples are being <br /> analyzed at the laboratories. The environmental testing consultant shall coordinate with <br /> property owner(s) for onsite storage location of barrels:. Upon completion of testing, the <br /> soil in'the 55-gallon barrel will be disposed of per the requirements of the State and <br /> County regulations. - = <br /> All results of this investigation will be given to the property owner(s), immediately when <br /> available, at no charge to the property owner(s). . <br /> p . . A <br /> This permission is granted with the understanding that the County releases the owner(s) of <br /> this property from any and all liability arising out of the above.described activities or its <br /> operation not caused by the owner's(s ) negligence. Further, the County agrees to <br /> assume responsibility to the owner(s) for any damages caused by aforesaid activities and <br /> agrees to repair or pay for the repairs of any such damage, which may occur. <br /> It is hereby mutually agreed that upon the County's notifying melus of completion of the <br /> above work, Ilwe will have fifteen (15) days to file with the County a notice of specific <br /> grievances with said work, and further, that if no notice is filed by me/us, said work shall be <br /> deemed to be satisfactory and complete, and the County released from any further <br /> obligation for any corrections.
