Our ref: <br /> B0046012.0001 <br /> Site Description <br /> The site is a former service station located at 3978 South Highway 99 in Stockton, <br /> California (Figure 1). The site is currently occupied by the Low Price Auto Glass <br /> facility; however, the original service station building, dispenser island, and canopy <br /> remain in-place. <br /> LThe property was reportedly operated as a Texaco service station from 1957 to 1973 <br /> with four underground storage tanks (UST) and two dispenser islands located onsite. <br /> Details regarding UST removals are unavailable for the site. The soil samples <br /> collected from boring P3 (40 feet below ground surface [bgs]) in 2002 had a <br /> maximum total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g, also known as TPH- <br /> L GRO)concentration of 6,300 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) and maximum toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene, total xylenes concentrations of 500 mg/kg, 250 mg/kg and 1,600 <br /> r mg/kg, respectively.
