The regulatory agency determines, based on an analysis of site specific conditions, that <br /> the site under current and reasonably anticipated near-term future scenarios, the <br /> contaminant plume poses a tow threat to human health and safety and to the <br /> environment and water quality objectives will be achieved within a reasonable time <br /> frame. <br /> ❑ Yes 64o ❑ NA <br /> 2. Petroleum Vapor Intrusion to Indoor Air <br /> The site is considered low-threat for vapor-intrusion-to-indoor-air pathway if site-specific <br /> conditions satisfy item 1 or item 2 below. <br /> 1. Do site-specific conditions at the release site satisfy all of the characteristics and criteria of <br /> scenarios 1 through 3 or all of the characteristics and criteria of scenario 4: <br /> ❑ Yes ❑ No ❑ NA <br /> (a) Scenario 1: Unweathered LNAPL in Groundwater <br /> i. The bioattenuation zone shall be a continuous zone that provides a separation of at <br /> least 30 feet vertically between the LNAPL in groundwater and the foundation of <br /> existing or potential buildings, and <br /> ii. Total TPH (TPH-g and TPH-d combined) are <100 mg/kg throughout the entire depth <br /> of the bioattenuation zone. <br /> ❑ Yes ❑ No ❑ NA <br /> (b) Scenario 2: Unweathered LNAPL in Soil: <br /> i. The bioattenuation zone shall be a continuous zone that provides a separation of at <br /> least 30 feet both laterally and vertically between the LNAPL in soil and the foundation <br /> of existing or potential buildings, and <br /> ii. Total TPH (TPH-g and TPH-d combined) are <100 mg/kg throughout the entire depth <br /> of the bioattenuation zone. <br /> ❑ Yes ❑ No ❑ NA <br />
