On August 28, 2000 NIT.Dodd called to let me <br /> the Public Works Department is very interested in completing the project and felt it could be <br /> done for less than $100,000.00, but to due a voter mandate passed in 1992, the City of <br /> Riverbank could not expand water service beyond the current service area without voter <br /> approval. Consequently, Option 1 presented in SECOR's Evaluation of Potable Water Sources <br /> can not be completed. <br /> Per your request I have also included the second bid for the well installation project.
