When Montgomery Ward complete <br /> the sampling, we forward the results directly to Toni Cardinale, Director of Risk Manageme it <br /> for Delta College. Unocal (Robert Boust) is copied on these submittals to Ms. Cardinale. <br /> We have no information in our possession which would indicate that Unocal is forwarding t <br /> Delta College the testing results associated with its sampling of the Delta College well. If <br /> Unocal has been forwarding its testing results to Delta College, we would appreciate being <br /> included on this transmittal.
