I understand James DiGiorgio
is no longer working at the Fund, and you have assumed temporary responsibility for claims
previously assigned to him.
On July 6, 1998, a Corrective Action Plan("CAP")was submitted by Environmental
Audit, Inc. ("EAP') on behalf of Montgomery Ward to the San Joaquin County Public Health
Services - Environmental Health Division ("PHS-EHD"). A copy of the CAP was previously
mailed to Mr. DiGiorgio. By letter dated August 12, 1998, PHS-EHD conditionally approved the
CAP. A copy of the letter is attached.
Please telephone me to discuss this claim.
Very truly yours,
Mark B. Gilmartin
MBG:jhp
Enclosure
cc: Michael J.
