I understand from Mr. DiGiorgio that you have agreed the need for <br /> additional wells should be evaluated in the revised CAP. <br /> Environmental Audit, Inc. ("EAI")has been authorized to prepare the revised CAP in <br /> accordance with the Fund's letter.
