The Letter, among other items, requested submittal of a revised <br /> Corrective Action Plan (CAP) addressing both soil and ground water by April 13, 1998. <br /> We are in the process of preparing a proposal outlining the costs associated with completing <br /> the additional work requested in the Letter. This proposal will then be submitted to the UST <br /> Cleanup Fund for review and cost pre-approval. It normally takes about one to two weeks for <br /> the Fund to review and respond to a cost pre-approval request.
