(EAI) has reviewed the information you faxed to us on December <br /> 19 and 20, 1996 regarding a San Joaquin Delta College (College) well located near the <br /> southwest corner of Robinhood Drive and Pacific Avenue (see attached Figure). For purposes <br /> of this letter, we refer to this well as "the Well." <br /> Mike Infurna (206/468-3454) of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division has requested that we obtain the following additional <br /> information from the College: <br /> - How does the College identify the Well?, e.g., Well 1. <br /> - Specifics on the dates and amount of water extracted from the Well while it is in <br /> operation. If available, data for the last two years would be helpful. <br /> - At what depth is the pump located when the well is being pumped? <br /> - Does the College have any information regarding the drawdown (i.e., the drop in <br /> ground water elevation) when the well is being pumped? <br /> - Specifics regarding the use of the water extracted from the Well. <br /> - Information on other wells, if any, that are operated by the College.
