(ERI) is <br /> submitting the attached encroachment permit for installation of 8 groundwater monitoring wells and one <br /> soil boring in the City of Stockton (the City) right-of-way at Pacific Avenue and Robinhood Drive. <br /> Enclosed is a check for $438.00 in processing and permitting fees, the written request for a Revocable <br /> Permit, and copies of the notification letters which have been mailed to the property owners adjacent to <br /> the proposed drilling locations. The requested $4,000.00 Faithful Performance Bond and certificate of <br /> insurance is being supplied by Van Oppen& Company Insurance Services, and will be mailed in <br /> January, 1999.
