' Updated Site Conceptual Model and Third Quarter 2003 Monitoring and Remediation Report <br /> Cleaner and Abatement Order No 5-00-707 _ EAI Prosect No 1232 <br /> In May 2002, the RIW was replaced The new Delta College irrigation well became <br /> operational in July 2002 <br /> 1 1 5 Cleanup and Abatement Order <br /> On September 8, 2000, the RWQCB issued CAO No 5-00-707 The CAO requested the <br /> responsible parties investigate and clean up petroleum hydrocarbons from the former UST <br /> systems located on the Wards and Unocal sites, and stated that discharges from these two <br /> properties have impacted ground water extracted and used by San Joaquin Delta College to <br /> irrigate its campus This report has been prepared in accordance with the quarterly reporting <br /> requirements outlined in the CAO As required by the CAO, this quarterly report includes the <br /> following <br />' • Ground water analysis results for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline {TPH-G} by <br /> modified EPA Method 8015, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), including fuel <br /> oxygenates, e g , MTBE, TBA, DIPS, ETBE, TAME, and EDB by EPA Method 8260B <br /> • Ground water elevation contour maps <br /> • Hydrographs for representative monitoring wells <br /> • Pollutant concentration contour maps for TPH-G and benzene <br /> • Tabular listing of all monitoring well details <br /> • Tabular results of current sampling data completed during the current quarter <br /> • Tabular results of all previous data collected including current sampling data <br /> • Ground water purge data sheets <br /> • Narrative describing the work presented in the report, including methodology, <br /> 1 conclusions, and recommendations <br /> • Schedule outlining future activities <br /> • Data documenting disposal of investigation derived wastes <br /> i <br /> 1 ' <br /> BHM WopD 1232RO351 -3- <br />
