Respirator and cartridge selection should be based <br /> upon odor thresholds, vapor pressures, PEL, TLV, and REL; <br /> 0 Chemical-resistant Tyvek or Saranex, two-ply, disposable, zippered coveralls <br /> for splash protection; - <br /> i <br /> C • Inner surgical type (latex or vinyl) and outer chemical-resistant(neoprene, nitrile, <br /> or polyvinyl chloride) gloves with outer gloves sealed to the Tyvek suit with duct <br /> tape; <br /> I <br /> • Chemical-resistant neoprene or polyvinyl chloride (or chemically resistant over <br /> r boots if leather steel-toed boots are worn) with steel toes and shanks sealed to <br /> L the Tyvek suit with duct tape; <br /> • Hard hat; and <br /> • Safety glasses with splash guards or chemical splash goggles.
