CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 95-183 <br /> FOR <br /> MARIO JACQUES <br /> AND <br /> THE CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> MONITORING TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH PROHIBITIONS, <br /> SPECIFICATIONS AND PROVISIONS PRESCRHiED IN THIS ORDER <br /> The Reclaimer shall visually monitor the reclamation operation on a continuous basis to assure <br /> compliance with this Order. <br /> A brief report shall be prepared and submitted annually by 1 June describing compliance or <br /> noncompliance with the Prohibitions and Specifications of discharge. If noncompliance is <br /> reported, the reasons for noncompliance shall be explained and the actions taken to resume <br /> compliance shall be described along with any physical or procedural change to assure that <br /> noncompliance does not recur.
