Mr. Dante John Nomellini ~' J
Mario Jacques and the City of Stockton -2-
Water Reclamation Requirements
5. Notification to subsequent landowners should be provided and the City should share
responsibility for correction of any problems. There should be no long-term adverse
impacts from this discharge, so notification of future land owners is not needed. The City
is named along with Mario Jacques, so the two parties share responsibility for compliance.
6. The site is exposed to trespass. Reclamation Specification B.3 requires that public
contact be excluded. If, after consultation with the County Health Department, it is found
that there is a significant potential for public contact, corrective action can be required.
The proposed update water reclamation requirements will be on the 23 June 1995 Board's agenda as a
uncontested item unless we receive confirmation by 21 June 1995 that you intend to contest the Order.
If you decide to contest this item, we will remove it from the Board's agenda for update consideration
due to the lack of time to prepare a staff report. Withdrawing this item from the Board's agenda will not
have any effect on the present operation due to the existing Order No. 78-299.
I may be reached at (916) 255-3022 for questions concerning this matter.
ISAAC KAING
Area Engineer
IK:ik
cc: Mr. Mario Jacques, Stockton
Mr. Glen D.
