Regulations require you to comply with the following: <br /> By 25 January 1995, post one (1)copy of the Notice at the nearest city hall or county <br /> courthouse, and one (1) copy at a centrally-located post office (if allowed). <br /> By 10 February 1995, file with this office Proof of Posting, using the enclosed form. <br /> Publish this Notice in The Record for one day, commencing not later than 25 January 1995. <br /> The expense of publication is to be paid by the discharger. <br /> By 10 February 1995, you must file with this office proof of publication, which shall consist of <br /> an affidavit from the newspaper, with a copy of the Notice as published attached. <br /> We recognize that the County of San Joaquin is a co-permittee with equal responsibility to post and <br /> publish the Notice of Public Hearing.
