The arithmetic mean of 20°C CBOD (5-day) and total suspended solids in effluent samples <br /> collected over a monthly period shall not exceed 15 percent of the arithmetic mean of the <br /> values for influent samples collected at approximately the same times during the same <br /> period (85 percent removal). <br /> 6. The discharge shall not have a pH less than 6.0 nor greater than 8.5. Individual excursions <br /> below the minimum pH value of 6.0, or above the maximum pH value of 8.5 shall not <br /> exceed 60 minutes, respectively. The total duration of excursions shall not exceed 1% of <br /> the discharge time within a reporting period. The Discharger shall conduct an internal <br /> review and report the reasons for any individual excursion lasting more than 30 minutes. <br /> 7. The maximum effluent temperature shall not exceed the natural receiving water temperature <br /> by more than 20°F. <br /> 8. The average dry weather (May through October) discharge flow shall not exceed 55 mgd. <br /> 9. The daily maximum wet weather discharge flow shall not exceed 67 mgd. <br /> 10. Survival of aquatic organisms in 96-hour bioassays of undiluted waste shall be no less than: <br /> Minimum for any one bioassay - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 70% <br /> Median for any three or more consecutive bioassays - - - - 90% <br /> C. Water Reclamation Specifications: <br /> 1. Uses of reclaimed water covered by this Order shall be limited to the specific reclamation <br /> uses outlined in Finding 30, including dust control and compaction by building contractors, <br /> street sweeping, and use in a local cement batch plant to mix cement. Additional specific <br /> reclamation uses may be approved by the Executive Officer in accordance with Provision 8. <br /> 2. Reclaimed water shall be chlorinated secondary treated effluent. For adequate disinfection, <br /> the median number of coliform organisms in the water shall not exceed 23 MPN/100 ml, as <br />
