MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM _6_ <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 1) For landfill disposal, include (1) the Regional Board's WDR numbers that regulate the <br /> landfill(s) used, (2) the present classifications of the landfill(s) used, and (3) the names <br /> and locations of the facilities receiving sludge. <br /> 2) For land application, include (1) the location of the site(s), (2) the Regional Board's <br /> WDR numbers that regulate the site(s), (3) the application rate in lbs/year (specify wet or <br /> dry), and (4) subsequent uses of the land. <br /> 3) For incineration, include (1) the names and locations of the site(s) where sludge <br /> incineration occurs, (2) the Regional Board's WDR numbers that regulate the site(s), (3) <br /> the disposal method of ash, and (4) the names and locations of facilities receiving ash (if <br /> applicable). <br /> 4) For composting, include (1) the location of the site(s), and (2) the Regional Board's WDR <br /> numbers that regulate the site(s). <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> A sampling station shall be established where a representative sample of the municipal water supply <br /> can be obtained. Water supply monitoring shall include at least the following: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/I Yearly at same time <br /> as effluent samples <br /> Electrical Conductivity' µmhos/cm Quarterly <br /> @ 25°C <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/I Quarterly <br /> If the source water is from more than one well, the EC shall be reported as a <br /> weighted average and include copies of supporting calculations. <br /> REPORTING <br /> Monitoring results shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 20th day of the month following <br /> sample collection. Quarterly and annual monitoring results shall be submitted by the 20th day of <br /> the month following each calendar quarter and year, respectively. <br />
