INFORMATION SHEET -10- <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Time Schedules <br /> Time schedules have been provided for submission of several reports and studies, including the <br /> health risk assessment for the effluent discharge, the reasonable potential study for mercury toxicity, <br /> compliance with the Thermal Plan provisions, a plan to limit wastewater mineralization, and a plan <br /> to limit pollutant-free water from entering the wastewater system. At the City's request, the <br /> compliance dates for the various reports have been spaced out to minimize the potential for excessive <br /> work on the City staff at any one time. <br /> PHL/KDL <br /> AMENDED 28 October 1994 <br />
