The maximum temperature of the dischager shall not exceed the natural <br /> receiving water temperature by more than 20 Fahrenheit degrees. <br /> 9. The discharger shall not cause degradation of any water supply. <br /> B. Receiving Water Limitations: <br /> 1. The discharger shall not cause the dissolved oxgen concentrations in <br /> the San Joaquin River to fall below the following levels: <br /> 95 <br /> Units Maximum Median Percentile <br /> mg/l 5.0 - - - - <br /> Percent of - - 85 75 <br /> Saturation <br /> *When circumstances cause dissolved oxygen levels less than <br /> 5.0 mg/1 downstream or upstream of the discharge, then the <br /> City of Stockton facility shall be operated to comply as <br /> stipulated in A.2. <br /> 3. The discharge shall not cause visible oil, grease, scum, or foam <br /> in the receiving waters or watercouses. <br /> 4. The discharger shall not cause concentrations of any materials <br /> in the receiving waters which are deleterious to human, animal, <br /> aquatic, or plant life. <br /> 5. The discharger shall not cause esthetically undesirable discoloration <br /> of the receiving waters. <br /> 6. The discharger shall not cause fungus, slimes, or other objectionable <br /> growths in the receiving waters. <br /> 7. The discharge shall not cause bottom deposits in the receiving waters. <br /> 8. The discharge shall not cause floating or suspended materials of <br /> the recognizable sewage origin in the receiving waters. <br /> 9. The discharge shall not increase the turbidity of the receiving waters <br /> by more than 10% over background levels. <br />
