MONIT0121NG AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> CTTY OF STOCKTON MAIN 14ATER QUALITY <br /> CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form <br /> so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. <br /> The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly the compliance <br /> with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th day <br /> of the following month. <br /> If the discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein more fre— <br /> quently than is required by this order, he shall include the results of such monitoring <br /> . in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the Discharge Monitoring <br /> Report Form.
