CA0079138 <br /> The City of Stockton has requested modifications of waste discharge requirements <br /> for its Main Water Quality Control Plant contained in Board Order No. 78-105 <br /> (NPDES No. CA0079138). The requested modifications are: (1) Elimination of the <br /> effluent limitation on total nitrogen, Item 9.g. ; and, (2) relaxation of the <br /> 30-day, 7-day, and daily maximum limitations for Biochemical Oxygen Demand and <br /> Total Suspended Matter from 10 mg/1, 20 mg/1, and 30 mg/l to, respectively, 30 mg/l, <br /> 45 mg/1, and 50 mg/1, Items 9.a. and 9.b. <br /> A public hearing concerning this matter will be held: <br /> DATE: 22 June 1979 <br /> TIME: 1:30 p.m. <br /> PLACE: State Capitol Building <br /> Room 2117 <br /> (12th between L, & N Streets) <br /> Sacramento, CA <br /> Persons wishing to comment upon or object to the requested permit modifications are <br /> invited to submit same in writing to the Regional Board no later than 21 June 1979. <br /> All comments or objections received prior to the above date will be considered in <br /> the formulation of final determinations regarding the City's request.
