This letter transmits the <br /> CAP revision and includes responses to comments made by the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) in their letter dated <br /> April 12, 1995. The PHS/EHD comments were made in regards to the previously <br /> submitted CAP prepared for the site dated April 4, 1995. PACIFIC responses include a <br /> discussion of each PHS/EHD comment within this letter and where appropriate in the <br /> form of modifications to the CAP revision. <br /> Please refer to Attachment A of this document to reference the PHS/EHD letter dated <br /> April 12, 1995. Each PHS/EHD comment is paraphrased below in italics followed by <br /> the PACIFIC response. <br /> 1. The CTAP fails to comply with Section 2725 (d) of the Underground <br /> Storage Tank Regulations (Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 Califor- <br /> nia Code of Regulations). The CAP failed to include assessment of <br /> the impacts or feasibility studies. The CAP contained numerous <br /> unclear or erroneous statements. <br /> The assessment of impacts were evaluated in accordance with the <br /> regulations referenced above.
