EMPLOYEES DO NOT WEAR CAPS/VISORS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Plastic drain mat and drain board have layer of residue (3 comp sink). Entire sink shall be detailed <br /> cleaned and sanitized, daily. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Provide by no later than 1 week for all employees. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All employees preparing, serving or handling food or utensils shall wear clean, washable outer garments or <br /> uniforms and shall wear a hairnet, cap,or other suitable covering to confine hair. Wipe clean <br /> with hot soapy water,today and as needed. <br /> Entrance glass doors very dirty.Wipe clean all surfaces, daily. <br /> Some hard to reach counter tops at customer area not clean.Wipe clean, daily with sanitizer. <br /> Rest room hand sink and mop sink not clean.
