Presently, no <br /> emergency exists on the Jimco site concerning the release of any <br /> hazardous materials. The releases on this site resulted from drips <br /> i and not flows. <br /> Further, as referenced in your most recent correspondence, <br /> Olympian not only has requested an accurate site-map concerning the <br /> Ripon site and a work plan for activities to be conducted on the <br /> Jimco site in order for Ripon to gain access to Olympian's <br />
