Hiram Duncan showed me that all water on the site, inclu- <br /> ding the truckwash water, flows to a ditch, then to two I visited <br /> Regional Board does not have waste discharge requirements for this i <br /> ponds, in series. No metals were found at greater than one tenth <br /> of their STLC• Toluene and phenanthrene are normal constituents of gasoline. <br /> i <br /> I told Mr. Duncan that we would ask Jimco to submit a report of waste discharge, <br /> and that we would require the oil to be removed from the pond. All future dis <br /> charges should be free of oil . <br /> INSPECTION SUMMARY: <br /> This discharge appears to be primarily <br /> wash facility. The concentration of nitrate iinethenpondshwa istquiteolow. theck- <br /> ponds do contain Oil , 4AA. no-thing other than normal constituents of petroleum <br /> was detected.
