Hiram Duncan showed me that all water on the site, inclu- <br /> ding the truckwash water, flows to a ditch, then to two <br /> Regional Board does not have waste ponds, in series. The <br /> ditch contains some trash, including,oil acans rand�Plastic ugrements for this discharge. The <br /> had up to z" of floating, orange-colored oil on the surfaceugsI took samples the anal zed for oil and water, and pond sediments near the inlet. The oil and water plesamie <br /> Theesediments werevanalyzedyofor vola;acids and base/neutrals, metals and nitrate. <br /> are as follows: ' or volatile organics.
