The transfer of well ownership was <br /> recommended by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)in a letter dated <br /> July 31,2006. If you agree to transfer ownership of wells MW-6,MW-7,and MW-8,Olympian will <br /> assume the costs for monitoring and sampling the wells, and will assume responsibility for <br /> maintenance and proper destruction of the wells once they are no longer needed.
