Because all three permit applications are paid for using one check, I can not issue <br /> the three permits until I have received a copy of the encroachment permit from the City of Ripon. If you would prefer, San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD)can return the check for$1,122.00 to you and Cambria can <br /> reissue separate checks for each well permit application. This way two of the three permits can be issued while Cambria <br /> awaits the encroachment permit from the City of Ripon. Since you do not plan to begin the fieldwork until February 2007, <br /> you may choose to have EHD hold the current check and issue the permits after EHD has received the encroachment <br /> permit. Please let me know your preference.
