The Report <br /> provides the rationale for a low risk closure, was written in compliance with Appendix A — Reports, <br /> Tri- Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of <br /> Underground Tank Sites, and was submitted in response to my letter dated 3 May 2011, which <br /> requested a closure report if the second half (semi-annual) 2011 data supported closure. Maximum <br /> groundwater monitoring concentrations were total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) as gasoline, <br /> 190 micrograms per Liter (ug/L); TPH as diesel, 220 ug/L; toluene, 0.69 ug/L; methyl tert butyl ether, <br /> 38 ug/L; and tert butyl alcohol, 370 ug/L. <br /> Effective immediately, groundwater monitoring is suspended at this site. In order to conduct <br /> public participation and to continue the closure process, by 30 March 2012 please provide the <br /> following draft documents by email attachment to my email address below: <br /> QA site map showing all property parcels within 500' of the site, <br /> �]A list of the property owners and tenants with the parcel numbers and mailing addresses, and <br /> [�A one page draft MS Word document fact sheet, summarizing the case, stating that the <br /> case is being considered for a low risk closure, and that comments must be addressed to me (use my <br /> contact information in this letter) in writing (mail or email) within 30 days (final due date is 33 days after <br /> actual date mailed). <br /> After my review and acceptance of the above documents, you will be directed-fo begin the <br /> public participation mailings, and to also mail one copy of the fact sheet to me for the case file, one <br /> copy to the local water purveyor in Ripon, and one copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department.
