Failure to comply is a violation <br /> of California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 30, Sections 3890-3895. <br /> By letter dated January 12, 2005, EHD notified you that the address for this site has <br /> changed from 22871 South Highway 99 to 932 South Highway 99, the address recorded at <br /> the San Joaquin County Assessor's office, and requested that future correspondence for this <br /> site be revised to reflect this change. Quarterly groundwater reports continue to be <br /> submitted using the former address.
