CRA's standard operating procedures for monitoring <br /> well destruction are presented as Appendix C. <br /> 2.3 WASTE DISPOSAL <br /> Waste generated during well destruction activities consisted of soil cuttings and waste <br /> water. The soil cuttings were placed into waste bins provided by American Integrated <br /> Services, Inc. (AIS) of Fairfield, California, and the waste water was stored in three <br /> 55-gallon steel drums, labeled, and stored temporarily onsite. On August 10, 2012, the <br /> waste bins and drums were picked up by AIS. The three drums of waste water were <br /> transported to Crosby&Overton disposal facility in Long Beach,California, and the soil <br /> waste bins were transported to Republic Services Forward Landfill in Manteca, <br /> California.
