Our comments are attached. <br /> EPA is concerned that this document states that containment of the groundwater plume <br /> has not been achieved (Section 3.1.11) and that an additional extraction well is planned. Based <br /> on these statements, it would appear that construction is not yet complete per EPA guidance. Is <br /> this planned extraction well needed in order to achieve RAO levels? When is this well planned <br /> for installation?
