Page 3-2, section 3.4.1; The paragraph indicates that the Environmental Project <br /> Manager is responsible for conducting an annual inspection of the institutional <br /> control sites. To date, DTSC, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and the U.S. <br /> Environmental Protection Agency have never received such a report for any of the <br /> DDJC-Sharpe sites with ICs. Please indicate when the Defense Logistics Agency <br /> plans on producing such a report for the Federal Facility Agreement signatories to <br /> review, and the cause for delay in releasing these documents. <br /> The energy challenge facing California is real.
