Your property is the proposed location of <br /> the Valley Haven subdivision. <br /> We have reviewed the available information and have identified <br /> several areas that warrant additional investigation. These aria: <br /> 1. an assessment of soil gas vapors found on the perimeter and <br /> the interior of the Valley Haven property; <br /> 2 , an assessment of the possible exposures of any future <br /> residents to contaminants volatilizing from the Valley Haven <br /> soil; <br /> 3 . <br /> an assessment of the combined effects of any air emissions <br /> from Valley Haven soil gas, the Sharpe Army Depot air <br /> stripper, Sharpe Army Depot soil gas and windborne dust <br /> containing contaminants from Sharpe Army Depot; <br /> 4 . an assessment of ground water monitoring data from the <br /> Valley Haven monitoring well. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and your <br /> consultants and to discuss the reports you have provided.
