After this date, you will be
discharging off-site without a permit, in violation of Section 13260 of the
Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act of the Water Code.
On 9 August 1991, we wrote you regarding your NPDES permits and enclosed the
application forms for the renewal of your permit. We stated that a Report of
Waste Discharge (RWD) must be received for the renewal of the permit to
discharge treated ground water. We have not yet received your RWD. Your
permit requires you to submit your RWD 180 days in advance of issuance of the
new WDRs, in accordance with Title 23 of the California Code of Regulations.
Therefore, we require that the RWD for the renewal of the NPDES permit for the
discharge of the treated ground water effluent be submitted by 1 January 1992.
If you have any questions, please call Ms. Camilla Williams at (916)361-5670.
ANTONIA K.
