Well Sampling Frequency <br /> 6 12 July 1991 <br /> DDRW, Sharpe Site <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Report, 1 .8 and 30.0 µg/l of chloroform and TCE, <br /> respectively were detected in the sample from 450C whereas, 0.8 and 0.7 <br /> µg/l of 1,1-dichloroethane and TCE, respectively were detected in the <br /> sample from 451CD. Therefore, we recommend that 451CD not be monitored <br /> monthly because of its proximity to 450C and the low concentrations of <br /> VOCs in samples from this well . Monitor well 451CD would be monitored <br /> quarterly according to this monitoring proposal . <br /> Page 5-1 . Quarterly and annual reports are to be submitted which summarize the <br /> analytical data. The quarterly reports should include plume maps and a <br /> capture zone analysis. The annual reports should include data <br /> evaluations and discussions, discussions of anomalous data, an <br /> evaluation and discussion of the effectiveness of the extraction systems <br /> and recommendations for changes in the monitoring system. The annual <br /> monitoring reports should also present an evaluation and discussion of <br /> the site-wide hydrogeologic data and analytical data. <br /> CKW:cw <br />
