Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Dear Ms. Ratliff: <br /> The U.S. Environmental Proteetion Agency (EPA), the State of California Department. <br /> of Health Services (DHS)., the California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (Central Valley Region),USAT'HAMA, Environmental Science & Engineering, Inc. <br /> (ESE), and Sharpe Site personnel conducted a meeting at Sharpe Site this past .• <br /> Wednesday (March 27, 1991) to discuss the ongoing Remedial InvestigatiWFeasibility <br /> Study (RI/FS) at Sharpe- At the meeting, the agency personnel requested that arl. <br /> additional monitor well be installed downgradient of monitor well 461-C to assess, <br /> potential contamination in the D Zone aquifer. The proposed monitor well, 46$-D, <br /> needs to be installed and sampled during a rather tight timetable, so ESE is reques ' g a <br /> priority review in order to obtain a well drilling permit to start drilling on Tuesday, <br /> Apri12, 1991. A map is enclosed showing the proposed location of monitor well 468-D. <br /> ESE authorizes the Public Health Services to assess them for the necessary fees to <br /> perform the priority review of the drilling permit, which will be applied for by Mr. Jerry <br /> Rindahl (of Rindahl Drilling).
