Note: On <br /> the videotape, the section of tape is between <br /> manholes 4-28 and 4-19. <br /> Area 6 Adjacent to the northernmost line connecting <br /> manhole 4-13 to the IWTP. The area <br /> proposed for study is between manholes 4-8 <br /> and 4-9. The referenced manholes are <br /> actually located on the line immediately to the <br /> south of the line being investigated. <br /> jAdditional work at this location will include <br /> investigation of breaks in the line which <br /> routinely carried the largest waste load to the <br /> IWTP. This sewerline segment was not <br /> accessible to the television survey due to a <br /> lack of manholes. <br /> Area 7 Adjacent to the northernmost line connecting <br /> manhole 4-13 to the rWTP. The area <br /> 1 proposed for study is between manholes 4-6 <br /> and 4-7 for the reasons presented for Area 6. <br /> This sewerline segment was not accessible to <br /> t the television survey due to a lack of <br /> manholes. <br /> Area 8 At the Category 2 break north of <br /> J manhole 4-4, to investigate potential <br /> i infiltration of waste generated in Bldg. 305. <br /> Area 9 Between manholes 4-24 and 4-25 to <br /> investigate broken sewer conveying waste <br /> from Bldg. 404. <br /> 16 <br />
