" <br /> tracks of Railroad at or near Lathrop in the County of San <br /> Joaquin, State of California, crossing the center line of said <br /> tracks at Engineer's Station 2594+95, Mile Post 84 .14, in the <br /> location shown or described on Railroad' s Sacramento Western <br /> Drawing D -84 . 14-X, sheet No. 1, dated November 28, 1988, <br /> attached and made a part hereof . <br /> Said structure shall be installed in accordance with <br /> minimum requirements of From C. S . 1741, also attached and <br /> imade a part hereof. <br /> t Upon execution hereof, Grantee shall pay to Railroad the <br /> sum of Four Hundred Thirty-five Dollars ($435. 00) partially to <br /> defray cost of handling. <br />
